Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Radprix has a return/exchange/refund period of 7 days from date of delivery
Radprix returns and exchange policy gives you an option to submit online for return or exchange items purchased on Radprix for any reason within 7 days from the day of delivery.
We request you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take necessary steps to preserve its condition.
We do perform "Quality Check" on all of our shipping and packaging processes, but if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product, or an incomplete order, simply contact us with pictures within 24 hours of receiving your order at cs@radprix.com and we will take care of the rest.
Radprix refund policy is applicable only if the delivered product is defective in any form. The proof for defective product has to be sent with photo proof to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Refund is applicable under the below conditions
* If the product if damaged
* If the ordered size or color and delivered size & color mismatches and the originally ordered specifications is out of stock.
Refund will be done as Radprix voucher where the customer can use the voucher to purchase any product. This Radprix voucher will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Returns will be picked by Radprix at no extra cost to the customers and the replaced products will be delivered free of cost.
Returns, Exchange, Refunds will be initiated only after receiving the products at our end and doing the quality check. If the quality team finds the product to be used or tampered we have the right to reject the return/exchange/refund.
Returns/Exchange/Refund is not eligible if the claim is made after 7 days of delivery.
Returns/Exchange/Refund is not eligible for products purchased on Offers/Discounts. Exchange is eligible only if the delivered product is damaged or defective or not the actual product ordered. Proof for the same has to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
