III) Footwear:
All our footwear is covered by a 3-day exchange. This includes all components such as soles, insoles, laces, zippers, and any decorative elements.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not apply for deterioration or defects that occur due to:


I) If the purchased item is no longer under exchange timeline.


II) Normal wear and tear or visible signs of use.


III) Damage caused by impact with an external object.


IV) Excessive stress on the item, misuse, or exceeding the product's limits.


V) Failure to adhere to all care instructions provided by Radprix.


VI) Any kind of aftermarket modification or tampering with the original item.


VII) Leather products are prone to natural scars, folds, wrinkles, and color changes.


VIII) Any and all color changes in fabrics due to excessive use, staining, or improper care.
